    The Interactive Search shows maps of various areas in Seattle, and displays all listings currently on the market. These listings are from all real estate companies who are members of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. Below is an example of the results of an Interactive Search.

  

In an actual search, clicking on a house symbol will give detailed information about that property. You can add properties to a “My Favorites” folder, print a flyer and email property links to friends and family.

   The Custom Search lets you choose more specific search parameters: bedrooms, baths, price range, property type and specific neighborhoods. You can also search other counties in western Washington.

   You can set up your specific search and then have emails sent to you automatically of new or changed listings that meet your parameters. You can also do a quick search by MLS number or part of an address.
