I believe in home ownership and enjoy helping people find homes. When it comes time to sell, I’m ready to consult and advise in order to help sellers maximize their selling potential.

    I’ve been a REALTOR® since 1976, and am proud to be a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. I have earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, as well as the GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designation. I believe that our real estate industry is an extremely important part of Americans’ lives, and I’m happy to be involved with it.

    I joined Lake & Company Real Estate in 1987, having heard about its fine reputation. Over the past 20 years, I have seen that our reputation is justly earned. Our clients and agents from other real estate companies enjoy working with Lake agents, because of our integrity, honesty and professionalism.

    Throughout my real estate career, I take real-estate related courses on a regular basis to keep up with the industry, as well as to fulfill my continuing education requirements for maintaining a real estate license. These courses cover such subjects as: tax law and codes, buyer and seller representation, marketing, rules and regulations, real estate forms and updates, computer and software classes, and many other real-estate related subjects.
