•Provide detailed information about the home-buying process - how to get from the idea of owning a home to the actuality

•Take careful inventory of your requirements and preferences for the home you’d like to buy

•Email you new or changed listings, and respond to any questions you may have about these houses or other houses you may find online or otherwise

•Keep in regular contact with you about new or changed listings, and get your feedback

•Make your home search a top priority until you’ve found a home to buy

•Provide guidance when writing an offer to buy a home, and give strategic advice regarding the specific situation

•Negotiate effectively on your behalf, during the initial offer presentation and throughout any further negotiations as needed (including inspection)

•Assure that all deadlines are met and all signatures and/or initials are obtained in a timely manner

•Keep in regular contact with escrow, lender and listing agent to monitor the progress of the transaction and keep you informed

•Give you the key to your new house and be available for any after-closing follow-up
